Dr Katrina Hayter

Katrina joined Niab in September 2026 as Chief Executive.

She has extensive leadership experience spanning the public sector and commercial agribusiness. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Sustainable Agriculture, Land Use & Food at HSBC’s Group Sustainability Centre of Excellence, where she helped shape international approaches to sustainable food systems, agricultural investment and climate resilience.
