Krystyna Gostkiewicz

Krystyna Gostkiewicz has many years of experience at Niab, working on faba bean and other pulse crops. She has extensive expertise in downy mildew of broad-leafed pulses, including disease epidemiology, resistance screening, and large-scale pathology trials under field and controlled conditions.

Her work also focuses on legume crop improvement, including seed collection establishment, population screening for disease resistance and agronomic traits, supporting the development of resilient pulse crop varieties.
