Brooke Hornby

Brooke's diverse professional background includes ten years in international commercial sales, marketing, and business development, leading teams across the UK, EMEA, Australia, and South Africa. Specialising in organisational change and business transformation, Brooke holds PRINCE2 Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualifications and is completing an MBA. Her approach is uniquely informed by being proudly neurodivergent, which shapes her strategic leadership, team design and operational thinking.

As Head of Operations - Cropping Systems, Brooke will focus on driving operational and commercial performance. She has a genuine passion for people development and creating conditions where teams can thrive. Brooke’s focus will be on ensuring Niab’s vital scientific and agronomy expertise reaches farmers, growers, and the industry effectively.
