NIAB runs the largest field crop research operation in England and Wales, with its headquarters at Cambridge and twelve regional centres and over fifty staff directly involved with in-field trialling of crop varieties and inputs.

We are currently looking to fill positions in our West region. Those beginning their careers are also encouraged to apply to a company that has a comprehensive development programme and attractive pay and benefits package. You will have at least two years’ experience of working in arable field trials and will be ready for the next step in your career. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on more responsibility for trial delivery whilst still remaining fully involved in day to day activities in the field. If successful, you will be responsible for planning, implementation and management of field trials on a multitude of crops and inputs. The role is expected to quickly develop along with a growing R&D programme at our Cirencester Centre. A full UK driving licence is required as travel around the country to trial sites is required.
