NIAB TAG hosts the annual course which takes place in the first week in January, funded by the John Forrest Memorial Award. It takes place over three days, and includes topics such as dealing with the press, interview techniques, photography, powerpoint skills, and film-making.

The course is run by Green Shoots Productions, with additional support from the Felix Cobbold Trust and The Morley Agricultural Foundation.
