DEW constructs designs for comparative experiments with unstructured treatment sets. Designs can be constructed for any combination of treatment sets with arbitrary replication. Any feasible treatment design (up to a maximum limit) can be selected and a range of flexible block designs can be constructed for each treatment design using either algebraic or algorithmic optimisation.
