NIAB-TAG pest and disease management programmes include pesticide use, forecasting and diagnostics, deploying resistant varieties and cultural approaches. Using a comprehensive regional network and knowledge of farm systems, a wide range of experimental situations can be designed and investigated for optimising integrated pest and disease management.
